1.1 An active Discord account is required to use the bot, and as such, you must be bound by the Discord Terms of Service, available at https://discord.com/terms/.
1.3 Your access to the bot may be terminated at any time, with or without notice by the operators of HitBox Studios.
2.1 You agree not to use Suicide Prevention Bot in any illegal manner, or in any manner that violates Discord’s Terms of Service.
2.2 You agree not to use the bot to harass or threaten any users of Discord.
3.1 The bot is provided “as is” and no warranty, expressed or implied, is made by the operators of HitBox Studios regarding the availability, accuracy, or reliability of the bot.
3.2 This bot cannot replace the job of human moderators, and cannot detect all cases of Discord users experiencing a mental health crisis. Do not rely on it to do so.
3.3 This bot may go offline due to maintenance or for other reasons, and during such time is unable to scan Discord messages or be interacted with. No notice or warning is guaranteed before this occurs.
3.4 This bot is not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any disease or illness, mental or physical.
4.1 These Terms of Service may be updated or revised at any time. If a revision is made, the operators of Suicide Prevention Bot will make reasonable efforts to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
4.2 By continuing to access or use Suicide Prevention Bot after changes are made, you agree to be bound by the updated terms.
